Ellen’s maiden name was Burke. Nothing more is known of this lady.
Could Ellen be the Ellen Burke who married Patk Haley on 22nd October 1829 at St Mary’s, Cork City. A Patrick Haley was noted as a witness on the death certificate of Margaret Forrest Cain who died in 1865.
